The Near East College Uniform Services
At the beginning of the academic year, all items shown below are provided to every student within the scope of the tuition fees.
School Uniform Rules and Regulations
The school uniform must be obtained from NEC Store. No alternations may be made to the school uniform.
Female Students:
- All uniforms with the school crest may be worn. (P.E. attire can only be worn during P.E. lessons and exam week)
- Hair must be of natural colour and free of any hair accessories.
- No make-up is allowed.
- Nails must always be short and clean. Gel nails are not allowed.
- Girls may wear small and simple ear studs.
- No facial or body piercing is allowed. These items will be confiscated by the school's administration.
Male Students:
- All uniforms with the school crest may be worn. (P.E. attire can only be worn during P.E. lessons and exam week)
- Hair length is optional but must not be tinted or dyed.
- Boys must be neat in appearance and clean−shaven.
- No facial or body piercing is allowed. These items will be confiscated by the school's administration.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Students should not pierce their ears, nose or eyebrows during the academic year.
- Tattoos are unacceptable.
- Mobile phones must be turned off during school hours. The school authority will confiscate any active mobile phones found during school hours.
- The school authority accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any mobile phones.
- Students should not drive cars or ride motorbikes to school as it is dangerous.
All students must comply with the above stated regulations within the school boundaries and on the school bus service until their graduation. Students failing to abide by these regulations will not be allowed to attend lessons and will be sent home.
