NEC’s Psychological Counceling and Guidance Unit organised the 6th Careers Day activity, where 59 academicians from 46 branches enlightened our students on a large variety of professional branches and careers. The event, held with Near East University’s huge contribution, also involved external professional experts.

The event was organised in view of the fact that “Choosing a Career is Choosing a Life”.
Our students were provided with useful information about the prospects of their own choices. They were briefed on the possible consequent job opportunities their respective choices might lead the to, how it could impact on their personal lives and the positive and negative aspects of their future working conditions.The event helped our students view their future university education from a more realistic point of view.
