Health
Our school employs a nurse experienced in first aid to address the health needs of our students. Our infirmary is available during school hours every day. All Near East College students are covered by a special insurance plan provided free of charge.

Security
The security of the educational environment is crucial for ensuring the well-being of our students. Parents are expected to hand over their children to the teacher on duty at the school entrance and pick them up from the same teacher at the end of the day. Information about the designated waiting area where students will be handed over to parents is shared via parent WhatsApp groups. Visitors are directed to the secretary by the security officer at the school entrance, where their ID information is collected and a visitor record is created.

Nutrition
Our school meal menus are prepared under the supervision of a dietitian, taking into account the developmental needs of our students. Meals are served in hygienically sealed packages, and menu details are shared with parents on a weekly basis.

The information of students with food allergies is carefully monitored, and special meals are provided for them. It is the responsibility of parents to inform the school. Parents of students with food allergies must provide a doctor’s report and a list of foods that cause the allergy to the school administration.

Transportation
Students are assigned to buses according to their age and route. Buses arrive at the school based on the morning entry time. At the end of the school day, students are taken home on buses that leave after classes are dismissed.

Registration for transportation services will continue until Friday, September 6. Students whose registration is not completed will not be able to benefit from this service.

All registered students are provided with a set of uniforms at the beginning of each academic year. The set includes the following items:

Parents who wish to purchase additional items outside of the provided set can obtain them from the store located in our school.
