The NEC on Friday 27 March organised its 4th traditional Sports Day activity which involved competition between year 6 and year 7 students and their teachers in 20 different categories.
Each activity lasted for 15 minutes, where competitors played against one another in .freezby, golf, handball, football, basketball, darts, shot-put and long jump between 8.30 am and 3.30pm.
At the end of the day, the jury selected the best sports class, the best girl, the best boy, and the best teacher.
The NEC administration, commenting on the event, stated that the purpose of the organisation was to teach students to be involved in sports for a lifetime, get them to achieve the courage to compete and to learn the value of acting as a group.
