The middle school, as a manifestation of the importance that the college administration pays to raising academically successful students with specific awareness and sensitivity towards the environment, held a Recycle Day activity which was organised by the English Department teachers.
Students recycled used plastic bottles, cardboard boxes, paper and cans, turning them into re-usable items. During the activity, the students exhibited these items in their school building with the aim of emphasizing the significance of recycling. A number of students delivered speeches.

The Near East College Administration, through this activity put emphasis on the need to re-gain environmental waste and provide for the continuation of material that we consume in the process of living.
