It was revealed that Near East College History and Research club was established to increase the students’ knowledge on history, encourage them to be sensitive to the environment that they are living in, and raise their awareness to communal life. With these aims in mind, the students of the Near East College History and Resaech Club were taken on a visit to Buyuk Han ( the Grand Inn) and also Kumarcilar Han (Gamblers’ Inn), enabling the students to make observations and discuss the history of the aforementioned historical sites.
